World Baseball Outreach Missions for 2008

Brazil Team Grows
Afranio and his family live in Maracanau Ceara Brazil. Afranio has been working with inner city children for the past three years sharing the word of Christ to the children through the game of baseball. Afranio has recently added two new volunteers to help with his efforts in reaching more children.

New Dominican Republic Baseball Academy WBO has started collecting new and used baseball items to send to Irving Flete. Thomas who is a staff member of the YWAM (Youth with a Mission) group in Santa Domingo. Irving has a strong heart and a passion to reach out to the youth of the Dominican Republic and to the children of Cuba to do Gods work through the sport of baseball. WOW! Sounds familiar! That's what we do and that's why we want to support Irving and all that he does. Irving truly believes as we do that God has a plan for our lives to meet again to plan and start a baseball academy. As Irving also believes, God opens doors that can turn young people's dreams into reality if they will believe and follow him. We have a goal to ship enough equipment for Irving to form and work with two to four teams by the end of August. Please prayerfully consider helping us reach our goal.
